Rebeca López, Moderator, is an attorney with Godfrey and Kahn in Milwaukee, in the firm’s Labor, Employment & Immigration Law Practice Group. She was named to the prestigious 40 Under 40 list from the Business Journal of Milwaukee for 2015. A humble woman, she describes herself as a “working wife and mother.” However, her Rolodex is a “Who’s Who” of the Latino community statewide. She previously worked as Senator Russ Feingold’s regional coordinator, and later graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she served as business editor of the Marquette Law Review.
Vice President, Exact Sciences
Ana Hooker is senior vice president for Exact Sciences, one of the top executives in Madison’s burgeoning biotech sector. She brought more than 20 years of lab experience when she accepted the position overseeing all laboratory operations. With an undergrad degree from Kansas State and an MBA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, she spent 15 years in a variety of positions with ARUP Laboratories in Utah.
Senior Vice President and Chief Enterprise Services Officer, CUNA Mutual Group
Cedric Ellis is the executive vice president and chief enterprise services officer for CUNA Mutual Group. Cedric leads all of the company’s shared services functions, which include human resources, communications, information technology, diversity, equity and inclusion, community relations, program management, facilities, sourcing, vendor management, safety and security, board relations, corporate brand and public relations. Cedric joined CUNA Mutual in 2005 after serving as senior vice president for the Atlantic region of Wachovia. During his 25-year career, he has held senior human resources positions at Fireman’s Fund, Aetna and The Hartford. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Assumption College and completed post-graduate work in human resources and employee relations at the University of Michigan and the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Quartz Health Insurance
Kimila Daniels is an executive at Quartz Health Solutions. She possesses more than two decades of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience. Daniels’ background includes leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, in a range of industries that include property and casualty insurance, healthcare, entertainment and higher education. Her contributions to the community include active involvement with the YWCA of Madison, Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, Women Leadership Committee of the United Way of Dane County and a member of the Madison Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. In her role as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Daniels is responsible for leading Quartz’s human resources, information technology, internal communication and facilities management initiatives. Daniels received a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College and Masters of Management and Organizational Development from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. She holds certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management. Daniels is a certified change management practitioner through Prosci® and a certified life coach.
